I’ve been carrying this in my pocket the last two weeks and honestly the calm it brings is subtle but real—the lilac color is so soothing to look at. I wasn’t sure about the whole lithium connection, but it’s helped me slow my racing thoughts before bed.

The lilac hue is even softer in person, and just holding it during my commute genuinely dials down the racing thoughts. It’s smooth to the touch, no sharp edges, and I’ve started reaching for it before bed instead of my phone.

Been carrying this in my pocket while working through some anxious weeks, and the smooth surface feels grounding every time I reach for it. The lilac tone is soft and calming, and just knowing it carries that lithium connection makes it more than a pretty stone to me.
