Quick answer
Heather's Copper Frequency Activation Class teaches you to use copper as an energetic catalyst to amplify your crystals, boost vitality, and move stuck energy. The class is a recorded video you can watch anytime, and it includes practical exercises you can do with copper and your own stones.
What makes this class different from a typical crystal workshop?
Most crystal classes focus on the stones themselves. Heather's class shifts the spotlight to copper—a metal that has been used for thousands of years to heal inflammation, boost vitality, and move energy. Instead of just telling you which crystals to use, she shows you how to use copper to amplify your crystals and charge your intentions. The class is entirely self-paced, so you can revisit the exercises whenever you need a refresh.
Who is this class for?
This class is ideal for anyone who already works with crystals and wants to deepen their practice. If you have felt that your crystal grid or meditation could be more potent, learning to pair copper with your stones can give you that extra energetic boost. It is also a good fit for people curious about energy healing but who prefer a practical, how-to format over theory-heavy content. If you are brand-new to crystals, the class still works—just bring an open mind and a few stones to practice with.
Frequently asked questions about Heather's Copper Frequency Activation Class
- What will I learn in the class?
- You will learn how copper acts as a catalyst for energy work. Heather covers the history of copper in healing, how to pair it with specific crystals, and step-by-step exercises to amplify your intentions and clear stagnant energy.
- Do I need to buy anything before the class?
- No. While having a piece of copper (like a copper bracelet, sheet, or pyramid) is helpful, Heather demonstrates techniques you can adapt with common household copper items. A few crystals you already own are all you need to follow along. If you want to maximize the experience, consider getting a small copper sheet or copper bracelet beforehand.
- How long is the class, and is it live?
- The class is a pre-recorded video, so you can watch it at your own pace. There is no live session to schedule. Once purchased, you have lifetime access to the content. Set aside about 60–90 minutes for your first watch, then revisit specific exercises as needed.
- Can I use the techniques with any crystal?
- Yes. The principles Heather teaches apply to any stone. However, crystals with higher iron or copper content (like hematite, malachite, or pyrite) may respond especially well to the copper activation methods she demonstrates.
- What if I have never worked with frequency or energy before?
- The class is designed for all levels. Heather explains each step clearly, and the exercises are simple enough for a beginner. If you can hold a crystal and set an intention, you are ready. Keep a journal handy to note any physical sensations or shifts you feel during the exercises.
